Sr. Wealth Advisor

Education/Training/Certification:

Minimum requirements:  Four-year degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent marketing experience.

Optimal:  Four-year degree plus Masters Degree in marketing or finance.

Ongoing:  Continuing education in the form of meeting mandatory requirements as set forth by the Company.  Ongoing sales and product training are required.

Experience:

Minimum Requirements:  3-5 years marketing, client development or sales experience.

Optimal:  10 plus years experience plus demonstrable track record in developing clients in a wide array of financial product lines. 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Produce targeted results, through a network of high net worth, high income prospects, measured by new qualified client activity in the areas of Wealth Management, Planning and Tax.
  • Provide high level relationship management services for largest clients, with support teams fulfilling functional roles.
  • Provide marketing and sales support and innovation as necessary.
  • Complete any task required to accomplish the AM&M corporate mission and vision.

Quantifiable Performance Measurements:

  1. Meet expected criterion in the area of new potential and actual clients and business growth.
  2. Creation of new marketing directions to increase share of current market and/or enter into new markets.
  3. Become resource for sales knowledge for employees and associates of the Company.

    Compensation: 

    Significant base plus variable based on performance.  For example $100,000 base plus 20% variable based on performance.  Base and variable component are negotiable.
